Superman, Aquaman, Black Adam, and Wonder Woman want to eliminate the threat by killing him and using Brainiac’s ship to take control of Earth. War broke out between the two factions. The game can have one of two endings depending on the player’s choice:

• If you choose Superman, he’ll kill Brainiac and Batman using the ship to take control of Earth, and create a mind-controlled Batman to convince Supergirl to join him.
• Choose Batman to defeat Superman and Clark’s allies. Bruce traps him in the Phantom Zone and forms a new Justice League with Supergirl to take Superman’s place.
